Job Description



  • Commercial and residential locksmith work to include rekeying, door hardware installation, master keying commercial cylinders, etc.
  • Service and installation of exit devices, door closers, keyless entry, and vertical rod devices
  • Safe service and installation experience a plus
  • Communicate with customers before, during, and after the installation process in regards to schedule changes, delays, and hardware testing
  • Working knowledge of computers, tablets, and smart phone devices
  • Maintain and submit accurate paperwork and documentation
  • Attend organizational meetings
  • Manage time and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Always provide excellent customer service
  • Work independently or within a team on daily tasks and projects
  • Employee is responsible for providing their own hand tools; specialty tools will be provided

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of commercial locksmith experience, safe service and installation experience a plus
  • Master keying, impressions, and basic mechanical knowledge
  • Willingness to follow rotational on-call schedule for days, nights, and weekends
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Clean background check, driving record, and able to pass a drug test
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical door hardware
  • Ability to lift/maneuver 80lbs
  • Ability to take direction and follow-through to find a resolution
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate organizational skills are a must
  • Perform other duties as required
